okbazi Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the okbazi platform by all registered players in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing a bet on okbazi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out in this document. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the okbazi platform accessible at okbazi.vip and any associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, or applications operated under the okbazi brand. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are entering into a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms in their entirety. okbazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, okbazi will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each session.
These Terms should be read together with the okbazi Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and okbazi. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- okbazi is an entertainment platform providing online casino games, sports betting, and related services to players in Bangladesh.
- All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbazi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
- okbazi retains the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game, feature, promotion, or service at any time without prior notice.
- These Terms are effective from the date of first account registration or first use of the platform, whichever is earlier.
- Any waiver of a specific provision in these Terms by okbazi on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision on any subsequent occasion.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The okbazi platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money gaming feature on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. okbazi operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be retained pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
In addition to the age requirement, players must satisfy the following eligibility criteria in full to hold an active okbazi account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party when registering or playing.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of okbazi or any of its technology, payment, or game-provider partners where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okbazi platform under a self-exclusion request or disciplinary closure.
- You must not be using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in their location.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold one single okbazi account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge or consent, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. okbazi conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification checks as part of the onboarding process and at any subsequent point where a transaction or account activity triggers a review threshold. Documents commonly requested during verification include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the mobile banking account used for deposits.
- All account information must be kept up to date. Notify okbazi promptly if your registered mobile number or email address changes.
- okbazi reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification at any time, with or without prior notice to the Player.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable account information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
- Players may not transfer their account, account balance, or any accrued bonuses to another person under any circumstances.
- okbazi may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without being required to provide a reason.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
okbazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed and settled in BDT. The platform supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players may also use Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards where supported. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking transfers are accepted subject to availability at the time of transaction.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits published in the Payment section of the okbazi platform at the time of transaction. okbazi reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the platform's Payment FAQ, subject to successful completion of any pending identity verification checks on the account.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible.
- okbazi does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own charges, for which okbazi accepts no responsibility.
- Any deposit that cannot be matched to a registered account within a reasonable period may be returned to the originating payment account, less any fees incurred in the return process.
- okbazi may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending completion of an enhanced due-diligence review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to lift it.
- Funds deposited to the okbazi platform are held for the purpose of gaming activity only. okbazi does not pay interest on account balances.
Instant deposit and withdrawal processing. Transactions confirmed in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week — no bank working-hours restriction.
Rocket (Dutch-Bangla) and Upay mobile wallets are fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals with the same instant settlement standard as bKash and Nagad.
Debit and credit card deposits are accepted where your issuing bank permits gambling transactions. Card deposits are subject to your bank's own daily spending limits.
Internet banking from select Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank is available subject to the transfer limits set by your bank.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
okbazi offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all okbazi promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Bonuses and promotional credits are awarded at okbazi's sole discretion. okbazi reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or acting in collusion with other players — will have their bonuses revoked, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse forfeited.
- All deposit-match and welcome bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not used within the validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your okbazi wallet. Real-money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification checks, while bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements.
- Only one welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. okbazi uses technical checks to enforce this.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are time-limited and cannot be retrospectively applied to bets placed outside the stated promotional window.
- okbazi reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of professional or syndicated gambling activity.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players using the okbazi platform are expected to do so in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per player for any purpose, including circumventing a bonus restriction, a self-exclusion, or an account ban.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share hands in a live table game, or otherwise exploit game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any form of automated software to interact with the okbazi platform without express written permission from okbazi.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers or wagering requirements in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
- Money Laundering: Using the okbazi platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity. okbazi has anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit that has been credited to your okbazi account and used for gaming activity.
- Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate communications directed at okbazi staff or other players via any channel.
okbazi employs fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Players whose activity triggers a flag for investigation may have their accounts temporarily suspended while the review is conducted. okbazi will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player via their registered email address.
Each player is entitled to one okbazi account only. Duplicate registrations — regardless of intent — are a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts.
All players must register with verifiable personal information. Anonymous or pseudonymous accounts are not permitted. okbazi completes KYC verification before processing withdrawals above platform thresholds.
Any confirmed fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh without further notice.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
okbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where okbazi has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Suspension may be temporary — pending the outcome of an investigation — or permanent, depending on the severity of the breach and the findings of the review process. Where an account is suspended, the Player will be notified via their registered email address with information on the next steps and any documentation required.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their okbazi account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, okbazi will process any remaining eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the additional provisions set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited and will not be returned to the Player.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a remaining balance may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the platform's published fee schedule.
- Players subject to a self-exclusion may not request account reopening during the exclusion period. Requests to override a self-exclusion will not be actioned by okbazi support.
- Upon voluntary account closure without a responsible gaming reason, the Player may re-register at any time, subject to satisfying the standard registration and verification requirements.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbazi and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the okbazi platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if okbazi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okbazi does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party network outages, payment system downtime, or game-provider interruptions may affect the availability of certain features. okbazi will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance via in-platform notices.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, okbazi reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
- okbazi is not responsible for any tax liability that a Player may incur as a result of winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring gambling winnings in accordance with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
- Links to or integrations with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) are provided as a convenience. okbazi accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of these third-party providers.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okbazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
